SERENYSTERIA (1998–2018)

Serenysteria no nació como un proyecto. Surgió años después, al revisar un archivo formado por fotografías que nunca habían pertenecido a ninguna serie. Con el tiempo comenzaron a aparecer relaciones entre imágenes realizadas en momentos muy distintos, hasta hacer evidente que formaban parte de un mismo conjunto. Fue entonces cuando ese trabajo disperso encontró un nombre y pasó a convertirse en un proyecto.

Serenysteria was not conceived as a project. It emerged years later while revisiting an archive of photographs that had never belonged to any series. Over time, unexpected connections began to appear between images made in very different moments, eventually revealing that they were part of the same body of work. It was then that this scattered collection found a name and became a project.
